I have a 1966 Karmann Ghia Coupe that has an earlier speedo than the 66' would have had so your '60 Bug watch is such a thrill to wear while driving it. Just received my West End 1916 and I am equally elated by the watch and your outstanding services. From my initial telephone call less than 48 hours ago inquiring about the mounting of the wristband which was competently handled over the telephone but followed by a prompt e-mail complete with a picture of the mounting method to the actual reception precisely at noon today . Your immediate response upon inputing my order via Pay-Pal which not only was friendly but again replete with another photo, this time of the presentation box which puts many prominent Swiss manufacturers to shame along with a shipping schedule. As promised not only did you ship on time but followed with the tracking number. The package was very well put together with double padding and a sturdy shipping box. To make it in 22 hours including 2 flights 2 transfers and local delivery is a credit to your shipping department and the Fedex corporation. More so is your THOUGHTFULNESS and attention to detail including the festive packaging and setting the watch to the correct date and time for my own time zone.

The watch is beautiful and quite an experience to wear. One practices estimating time until it becomes second nature. I call this watch: Orange beaked black bird in a nest over looking time.The tip of the thin beak reaches out to the perimiter of the nest. The black ''dot''at the center of the watch is the birds head and body.

The Botta one hand concept was something I did not have. I love the idea. Since I have small wrists for a man, I also appreciate the design of having the watch strap attach underneath the face of the watch. It fits so much better with the narrower distance from band to band. The 24 hour design is fun to get used to using. Congratulations on representing such a fine piece of german engineering and creativity. I like the thickness and the feel of the leather strap. Excellent quality. Definitely a band worthy of such a fine timepiece.
