Each watch is a genuine, hand assembled, very high quality timepiece that we have imported directly from the manufacturer. Our emphasis is on wristwatches that are affordable, yet offer true luxury. All  watches are hand assembled and crafted, not mass produced. We offer mostly unusual and elegant watches from independent companies in Europe, often family-owned, whose annual production rarely exceeds a few hundred watches.

Shipping & customs duties are free! We will send your watch by insured FedEx delivery, to almost anywhere in the world. For watches in stock, North America or Japan delivery is about two days. Elsewhere, about three or four days. We even pay FedEx to clear the package through customs, and we pay any customs duty as well!

Authorized distributor: For all watches we sell, we are authorized distributors in Canada, the United States, Japan, Singapore, etc., depending on the brand. We invite enquiries from retailers in these countries.

Product lineup: All our watches have distinctive designs, and are produced by hand, using luxury materials, by well established, smaller watch companies, rather than the same old luxury conglomerates whose familiar and expensive brands dominate the market. Our brands are familiar to collectors and others who appreciate beautiful objects.

Our emphasis is on watch design and luxury quality at an affordable price; several of our watches have won international designs. If you want a beautiful, hand-made European watch and don't want to pay the astronomical prices some of the famous brand names demand, you've come to the right place!

Special pricing: It is sometimes possible to obtain special pricing, once you have decided which of our watches interests you. However, you need to contact us by e-mail, asking for a reduced price on that particular model. Depending on the current demand for the watch, we may be able to offer you a surprisingly good deal.

We aim to provide good service: If you have any questions at all, about the watches, or about how to select a watch, please ask! We will try to respond quickly. We do encourage you to get in touch with us by e-mail or phone before you actually purchase from our online store. We would be very happy to help expedite or simplify the process of ordering. We can even take your order over the phone, if you prefer. Because we ship by Fedex (at our own cost), if a watch is in stock, you will generally receive within two or three days at most (often overnight in North America).

Price negotiation: Depending on the watch you are interested in, we are open to a little bit of price negotiation! So please make contact with us. We're friendly, and there is absolutely no obligation to buy.
